RETURN & RETFUND POLICY
This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Vespera Linea (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned in original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
4. Condition Review & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the item does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to:
- Decline the return
- Issue store credit instead of a refund
- Apply a restocking fee where applicable
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Photos or video showing the issue
- Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
9. International Orders
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility
- These charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
